TownSq is a convenient mobile app and desktop website that is used by the Meadow Wood Park Community as a neighborhood portal to communicate important updates, report needed repairs / maintenance, pay HOA dues and more.

If you do not receive an invitation to join TownSq upon closing, you can create your account by going to https://app.townsq.io/ais/sign-up or contacting:

TownSq is available for download on iOS and Android devices. Please follow the steps below to download the TownSq app:

1. Open the Google Play Store (Android) or the iTunes store (iOS)

2. Search or browse for “TownSq”

3. Select the TownSq icon

4. Tap Install

5. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete.

• Please refrain from using Town Square for personal use to post Items for sale. 
• Posting is for communication on community activity ONLY. Any direct grievances and/or questions regarding specific situations should be approached via email to the board to ensure it is addressed.
• Tenants may be given access by the Owner or the management company. It is recommended that Tenants be given an account to ensure timing communication between residents and the Board/management company.
