- No Owner or any employee, agent or invitee of any Owner, shall park, store or keep any vehicle on the Land except in the parking spaces on the Property, or in any garage(s) assigned to such Owner’s Unit.
- Any garage assigned to a Unit may be used only by the Owner of the Unit to which that garage is allocated as a Limited Common Element, and his agents and invitees.
- No motorcycle, boat, boat trailer, motor home, travel trailer, camper or other recreational vehicle may be stored on the Property at any time other than inside of a Unit’s garage with the garage door remaining closed.
- No significant automobile repair shall be allowed in the parking areas on the Property.
- The Association shall have the right to tow any vehicle in violation of the Section 8.5 at its owner’s expense.

1.2 Rule Regarding Parking
- Units without a garage have an assigned parking space. Parking is permitted in defined (marked) spaces only. Parking in front of garages is not permitted. Short-term parking (up to 60 minutes), for the purposes of loading/unloading only, is allowed in front of garages. No overnight parking is allowed in unmarked areas, including in front of garages.
- Owners/tenants who violate the parking policy will be notified by the management company. Repeat offenders will be fined $25 per infraction and/or towed.
