A copy of the lease is to be sent to the property management company within 5 days of signing. The unit owner is responsible for informing all tenants of the MWP rules, regulations and restrictions and policies.
Any violations of above-referenced items are the responsibility of the Owner. Concerns from tenants are to be communicated to the Owners.
Non-resident owners should provide either the management company HOA with a key, or name of contact who has a key in case of emergency.
No short-term (less than 3 months) rental terms are permitted, including but not limited to, Airbnb and Vrbo.
Those who purchase Units on or after 1 January 2013 shall be prohibited from leasing their Unit(s) if the number of Owner occupied Units is less than the percentages required for FHA loan certification (Source: Amendment - 12/27/2023 Document of Declaration, Section 8.6)
