    Pool Rules

    Hours of Operation: 8am - 8pm

    • The pool usually opens in May after inspection and given permission and typically closes in September.
    • The pool is available for use by owners and tenants. Guests are welcome and must be accompanied by an owner or tenant.
    • Please enter the entrance on Stone Rock and exit on Caperton. The gates are locked at all times and can be accessed with your assigned code which you can obtain from Vera at HRW.
    • Please do not reach over the Caperton entrance to access the pool.  Please return all furniture to its original position and lower umbrellas in case of a storm.

    Additional Rules

    • No Glass: Broken glass in the pool may cause the pool to close for as long as a week.  The homeowner responsible may incur costs associated with the draining and re-filling of the pool.
    • The door and gates to the pool area must remain closed at all times. Do not prop the door open in any way!  This violates a health regulation in Wake County and poses a very real danger to our young residents.  This also applies to pool parties.
    • Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
    • The pool is a non-smoking facility.
    • When lightening is present everyone must exit the pool and deck and wait 45 minutes before returning to the pool area.

    • A homeowner must accompany all guests.  The homeowner is responsible for the conduct of their guests. Guests are limited to 3 per visit per unit.
    • Proper swimming attire is required in the pool.
